About Titus House Roatan Addiction Treatment Transitional Housing
Titus House Roatan Addiction Treatment Transitional Housing is a transitional housing & mentoring program for individuals who have completed an inpatient substance abuse rehab and are looking to become sustainable for the rest of their life. We provide a safe and supportive environment for our residents to transition from rehab to independent living. Our program is designed to help our residents develop essential life skills, such as budgeting, cooking, job skills and time management, so that they can successfully reintegrate into society. We believe that everyone deserves a second chance, and we are committed to helping our residents rebuild their lives.
Our ProgramTitus House Roatan Addiction Treatment Transitional Housing offers a comprehensive program that includes individual and group therapy, life skills training, and mentorship. Our program is designed to help our residents overcome addiction and develop the skills and knowledge they need to maintain sobriety and lead fulfilling lives.

Titus House provides graduated limited structure in some of these key areas of life that many individuals have difficulty in after completing a rehab program. Members make a commitment to lead a substance free life, in an atmosphere that focuses on accountability, integrity, character, transparency, and responsibility. This process makes for a true and successful transition, while restoring dignity and regaining hope.
These men usually have no money, no job and no where to turn. Titus House provides a supportive Christian community of men and women to aid them in their transition. You can help provide:

Safe and stable Transitional Housing (room, utilities, furnishings, housewares, appliances)

Mentoring through Bible studies, financial training employment skills and training

Titus House is not a halfway home or sober-living house - it’s a full-on community of men who are desperate to be free of addiction and start a new life as Godly men.

Men leaving rehab programs who have no strong community, can experience over an 80% relapse rate. Our goal is to reduce relapse to as close to zero as possible.
The gentlemen of Titus House learn to live in such a way that nothing gets bigger than the awareness of God’s presence in their life.
Similarly, encourage the young men to be self-controlled. In everything set them an example by doing what is good. In your teaching show integrity, seriousness and soundness of speech that cannot be condemned, so that those who oppose you may be ashamed because they have nothing bad to say about us. TITUS 2:6-8
For the grace of God has appeared that offers salvation to all people. It teaches us to say “No” to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age TITUS 2:11-12
